Musical treat at Llangollen's Plas Newydd

LADIES of Llangollen and their gentleman partners will be able to hear some of history’s finest music this Saturday thanks to the talents of a visiting minstrel.

Peter Bull, a period performer, will be bringing his hurdy gurdy and other instruments to Plas Newydd on July 5 and performing to visitors throughout the day at the historic site.

Taking a break from his regular performances at the Tower of London, Peter will be playing popular ballads and dance tunes from the Georgian age when he visits the town.
